QUALIFICATIONS -10+ years of experience in architectural millwork, custom fabrication, or related field. -Proven leadership experience in a shop foreman, lead fabricator, or production manager role. -Deep knowledge of woodworking machinery, CNC equipment, and modern shop workflows. -Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural plans (Rhino/AutoCAD familiarity a plus). -Exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship, and finish quality. -Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Knowledge or attitude for Project Management Software, specifically INNERGY.
