Creative Outdoor Advertising, a North American advertising company that advertises on benches, garbage/recycling receptacles, and bus shelters is looking for: A HANDY PERSON TO MAINTAIN OUR STREET FURNITURE UNITS IN NORTH CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA Pay information: Earnings are approximately $400.00 a month for around 6 hours of work a month. As you perform site visits, you scan each unit, and you are paid per scan. The pay structure is pay-for-performance/piecework. There is an opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests, like sign installs, and various repairs. Job Duties: Site visits, sign installations, general maintenance/upkeep of the furniture, and seasonal maintenance like weed and grass trimming. Site visits are required monthly. Additional service requests, like sign installs and repairs on an as-needed basis. Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and window, carpeting, etc. Performs general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment. Keeps records as required by company policy and procedures. Maintains logs on completed tasks. Prepares reports as requested by supervisors.
