Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas of routine, preventative and emergency maintenance: • Minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment • Assisting with other types of repairs or maintenance • Operating power equipment for grounds maintenance or snow removal • Assist in moving equipment, racking, office units, furniture, etc. • Provide services as needed to tenants and tenants’ properties. • maintains clean, safe, and orderly work area and sites. Qualifications: • Must be 23 years of age or older • A valid driver’s license.
