We are an Agriculture Palm and Tree Nursery looking to add a driver with Class A License/CDL. We deliver our date palms and trees throughout California, Arizona and Nevada. We run mainly flatbeds and step-decks Pay is $25-$30/hour based on experience. We are willing to pay more if you are CCO certified. If driving daycab out of town/overnight, we will provide hotel/motel and food allowance. We operate the following: 2020 Peterbilt day cab w/crane - 13 speed 2022 Freightliner Cascadia day cab - automatic transmission 2023 Freightliner Cascadia w/sleeper - automatic transmission* 2020 Ram 5500 pull body w/gooseneck trailer (hotshot) Must have clean DMV Must be a hard worker, willing to help load and strap. Must be willing to work 10-14 hours days Must be willing to keep truck clean Room for growth *Sleeper Unit does have a full time driver and this position is for the daycab(s).

Peninsula Powder Coating seeks a full-time Maintenance Worker to join their team in Baraga, Michigan. The ideal person for this position is someone experienced with general maintenance (carpentry, welding, electrical and/or mechanical maintenance) and able to maintain equipment, buildings and grounds. WHAT YOU WILL DO. • Inspect, repair and maintain facilities including painting, plumbing, electrical repair (replace outlets, ballasts, fans, etc.), heating and cooling systems, grass cutting and trimming, snow removal, and minor construction jobs (cement work, general carpentry, general welding, etc.). • Maintain inventory of repair supplies and materials. • Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance duties as scheduled. • Maintain effective and professional communication with staff. WHAT WE OFFER. • $18.00 - $22.00 per hour starting pay based on your experience. • Company provides a monthly stipend to put towards health insurance, if needed. • Supplemental insurance and life insurance. • 401(k) retirement plan with 3% company matching contribution. • Paid time off (vacation, sick time) and paid holidays. SCHEDULE. This is full-time, Monday–Friday position generally working 7am – 3:30pm. Some schedule flexibility required for emergency situations. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. • Preference given to candidates with at least 3 years’ maintenance work experience, including skills in general carpentry and painting, as well as basic welding, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. HVAC experience is a strong plus. • Valid driver’s license required. • Must have own tools (hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.). • Ideal candidates are highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once, and operate with urgency and attention to detail. • We’re looking for someone proactive, safety-conscious, and resourceful when tackling maintenance challenges. • This position involves physical labor, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, working on ladders, navigating dusty or confined spaces, and performing tasks in a variety of outdoor conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, humidity, snow, etc.).
