EXELLENT ENGLISH second language would be great adding's. *Full time/ Pat time 3 days per week different hours *Greet and welcome students as they arrive at the office *Answer incoming phone calls and add information into instructors' calendar *Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email about business *Professional attitude and appearance *Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise *Excellent organizational skills *Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks *Customer service attitude *High school degree *Driver's license or learners no required but plus if you have.
