Every message, call, or chat is a chance to make someone feel heard and valued. That’s your superpower. Actively listen, build rapport, educate customers, address issues. - Providing excellent customer service at all costs. Whatever it takes. The ideal candidate would is empathetic by nature, calm and collected under pressure, persuasive, service-driven and has a sharp eye for detail!
