Position Summary Dublin Technology Center (DTC) Workspaces is seeking a creative, organized, and people-oriented Events Coordinator to support our growing community. We provide office space rentals, executive suites, conference rooms and events space. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys event planning, creativity, marketing and helping create a welcoming environment for professionals, entrepreneurs, and teams. You’ll assist with day-to-day office operations and event setup while also supporting marketing campaigns, social media, and outreach efforts. It’s a hands-on position that blends hospitality, creativity, and teamwork—ideal for someone who loves both front-facing interactions and behind-the-scenes details. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Office Operations Support • Help prepare offices, meeting rooms, and common areas to be organized, and ready for guests. • Restock supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure shared areas always reflect DTC’s hospitality standards. • Prepare coffee/water stations for guests and regular members to create a welcoming environment. • Assist the team with administrative tasks such as coordinating vendors, and client tours. • Provide on-site support during busy days or special events. • Assist in planning and hosting networking mixers and events. • Participate in event setup and breakdown -includes A/V equipment, furniture etc. • Greeting guests for warm, professional experiences. Marketing & Outreach • Help with company marketing campaigns, collaborate with local organizations. • Work closely with the management team to align marketing, events, and operations efforts. • Contribute creative ideas to enhance member experiences and community engagement. • Be proactive, flexible, and ready to lend a hand wherever needed. ________________________________________ Ideal Candidate • Friendly, creative, and reliable with strong organizational skills. • Comfortable interacting with members, guests, and vendors in a friendly professional manner. • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Interest in marketing, social media, events, or hospitality.
