Tata Motors has released a fresh set of high-resolution images of the Curvv X, the top-spec variant of its upcoming compact SUV. The gallery provides a comprehensive look at the vehicle from every angle — front, rear, side, top, and interior — giving potential buyers and enthusiasts a closer peek at the styling and cabin details before the official launch.
The front fascia of the Curvv X carries Tata’s latest “Impact 2.0” design language. A prominent chrome grille sits between sleek LED headlamps with integrated DRLs, while the bumper features aggressive air intakes and a silver skid plate. The bonnet lines are sharp, lending the SUV a planted, muscular stance. Compared to the standard Curvv, the X variant gets a gloss-black grille insert and updated fog lamp housings.
From the side, the Curvv X stands out with its sloping roofline, reminiscent of a coupe-SUV. Character lines run from the front wheel arch to the taillights, creating a sense of motion. The variant rides on 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, while the blacked-out pillars and roof rails add a sporty touch. The wheel arches are cladded in black plastic, emphasizing the rugged appeal.
At the back, the Curvv X features a full-width LED light bar that connects the taillights, a design cue borrowed from the brand’s electric lineup. The rear bumper integrates a diffuser-style element and twin exhaust tips (likely faux). The tailgate is cleanly designed, with the “Curvv X” badge prominently placed. The rear wiper and camera are neatly integrated.
The overhead shots in the gallery highlight the large panoramic sunroof, which extends over both front and rear seats. The roof rails are finished in silver, and the shark-fin antenna sits at the rear. The black roof contrasts with the body color (shown in a deep blue shade), giving the car a premium two-tone look.
Inside, the Curvv X impresses with a dual-screen setup: a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. The dashboard features a layered design with soft-touch materials and ambient lighting. The flat-bottom steering wheel, ventilated front seats, and a wireless charging pad are among the highlights. Rear passengers get AC vents, a center armrest, and USB-C ports. The cabin is upholstered in a combination of leatherette and fabric, with contrast stitching.
Industry analysts note that the Curvv X’s image gallery positions it as a direct competitor to the Hyundai Creta SX(O) and Kia Seltos GT Line. “The Curvv X brings a coupe-like profile that both rivals lack, which could attract younger buyers,” said auto analyst Rajesh Gupta. “However, the final pricing will be key — Tata needs to undercut the Creta by at least ₹50,000 to create a strong value proposition.” The gallery also reveals a 360-degree camera system, which is still a rare feature in this segment.
As of March 2025, Tata Motors has confirmed that the Curvv X will be launched in Q2 2025. The SUV is expected to be offered with both petrol (1.2L turbo) and diesel (1.5L) engine options, along with a 1.5L turbo-petrol mild-hybrid. The X variant will likely come with a 7-speed DCT and a 6-speed manual. An electric version (Curvv EV) is also in the pipeline, but the image gallery focuses solely on the ICE variant.
The Tata Curvv X image gallery reveals a well-rounded, feature-rich compact SUV that aims to challenge the segment leaders. With its bold design, tech-laden cabin, and coupe-SUV stance, the Curvv X could be a strong contender in the Indian market.
