Olympic gymnast Simone Biles is redefining what it means to be an NFL wife. In an updated report filed April 26, 2026, she shows how she cheers on husband Jonathan Owens from the comfort of their Texas home—dressed in pajamas, curled up in bed, and no closer to the field than the TV screen.

On Sept. 20, while Owens and the Indianapolis Colts faced the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, Biles tuned in from the couple's custom-built Texas estate—a project they spent years planning and finishing. She captured the day in a relaxed social media video, opening with a slow kitchen scene in pink shorts, a matching tank top, and slippers. The 29-year-old even climbed onto the counter to grab a wine glass from an upper cabinet, showing she knows exactly where everything sits in her home.

Biles, the most decorated American gymnast in Olympic history, understands the value of routine and preparation. Her game-day approach reflects that same mindset, even if she's wearing sweatpants instead of a leotard. For this game, she swapped the sequins for an oversized Indianapolis Colts sweatshirt and let comfort lead. To top it off, she tucked herself into bed, with the duvet pulled up, to watch Owens play. It was a simple reminder that behind the medals, the fashion, and the fame, she's also a woman who enjoys a quiet Sunday under the covers.

Biles has a well-documented history of turning NFL game days into fashion moments. Throughout Owens' career, she has stepped out in custom jackets, team-colored outfits, and accessories that match his jersey. Her sideline looks have regularly trended on social media, sometimes overshadowing the action between the hash marks. That makes her latest home broadcast all the more striking—it proves she can support her husband just as loudly from a bedroom as from the 50-yard line.

But the at-home routine hasn't replaced the in-stadium tradition altogether. One week earlier, Biles was in Indianapolis to watch the Colts square off against the Baltimore Ravens. Cameras caught her and Owens sharing a kiss before kickoff, followed by their signature handshake—a moment that has become a staple of their game-day interactions. It's a ritual they clearly treasure, whether they're in an arena or in front of a television.

The couple, who married in April 2023 after meeting before Owens' NFL rise, have become one of sport's most visible power pairs. They regularly offer followers a behind-the-scenes look at life between two exacting careers. That chemistry was on display again when Biles spoke about adjusting to Indianapolis, the latest stop on Owens' football path. Owens signed a one-year deal with the Colts in March after two seasons with the Chicago Bears, and Biles says she'll join him in Indiana as the season progresses.

In an interview with People, she explained her plan: “I've been in Houston most of the time, so I'm going to officially move there a little bit later. So I haven't experienced too much, but the stadium is stunning. It's beautiful. I'm just excited to watch my husband. It doesn't matter, as long as he's safe and healthy and he's having fun, then I don't care.” That balancing act mirrors how the couple navigated Owens' time with the Bears, splitting time between Chicago and Texas while their future home was still under construction. A similar arrangement in Indianapolis would allow Biles to remain close to her husband without uprooting the life they've built in Houston.

Life off the field has not been entirely carefree. Biles recently revealed that their final months in Chicago included a harrowing break-in. In a TikTok video, she recalled: “I feel like I need a new car because during our last few months in Chicago, three men in masks came to our house and stole my Porsche. Stole the GTS.” The vehicle was ultimately recovered, but the incident had lasting ripples—one of which was the decision to welcome a Doberman into their family. “That is one of the reasons why we also got our Doberman,” she said. “Yes we recovered the car, onto the next,” she added in her caption. She later joked that the string of bizarre moments in her life would give reality-TV producers plenty of material.

The couple is also making changes on the real-estate front. They recently listed the temporary home they purchased in Spring, Texas, while their main custom house was under construction. The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom contemporary spans just under 4,000 square feet, with a media room, study, custom wine wall, and a three-car garage. It's priced at $1.2 million, and the listing by Melissa Franklin of RE/MAX calls the property “pure perfection.” The full description paints a picture of a private retreat: “Situated on 1+ acre in the only exclusive, gated section of Benders Landing with no back neighbors, this custom contemporary offers 4 BRs (2 primary), 3.5 baths, media room, study & custom wine wall with fridge.”

Biles shares the deed with her mother, Nellie, according to county records. Selling the residence is a signal that the family's long-awaited dream home is finally finished. Construction on that custom Texas estate began in 2022 and was completed in November. Biles and Owens officially moved in February, after packing up their Chicago spot at the end of the Bears' season. In the weeks since, Biles has shared glimpses of the manicured grounds and the hotel-style interiors, including a master bedroom she says was designed with a five-star resort in mind.

For now, Biles appears comfortable with her dual game-day identity. She can be the dazzling superstar on the sidelines or the cozy wife in bed, cheering from thousands of miles away. Either way, her support for Owens is unmistakable. And with a new city to explore, a new dog to raise, and a new house now truly her own, there seems to be no shortage of material for whatever she wants to share next.
