April 18, 2025 – Gurgaon-based Readily Solutions Limited, formerly Readily Mobility Solutions Private Limited, is positioning itself as a one-stop clean-energy partner for India’s decarbonization push. The company, founded by Hiteshh Sharma, has unified solar generation, EPC services, captive power infrastructure, and electric vehicle aftersales and lifecycle management under a single platform. With India targeting net-zero emissions by 2070 and accelerating renewable energy adoption, Readily Solutions aims to capture a slice of the fast-growing market for integrated energy and mobility solutions.

“India’s energy transition requires more than just solar panels or EVs. It demands a coordinated ecosystem where renewable power, electrification, and maintenance infrastructure work together. We’re building that ecosystem,” Sharma told ANI in an exclusive interview.

The company’s solar business focuses on captive power for commercial and industrial clients, along with turnkey EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) services. By helping businesses generate their own solar electricity, Readily Solutions reduces their dependence on the grid and fossil fuels. According to the company, its project pipeline includes several mid-scale captive installations across Haryana and Rajasthan, with plans to expand into Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.

Sharma emphasized that the solar segment is not just about installation but also about long-term asset ownership. “We are building a portfolio of renewable energy assets that can generate recurring revenue while contributing to India’s clean energy targets. That’s different from a typical EPC contractor,” he said.

On the electric mobility front, Readily Solutions provides comprehensive aftersales and lifecycle management services. These include preventive maintenance, roadside assistance, battery refurbishment, warranty support, insurance coordination, and telematics. As EV adoption grows in India – the Federation of Indian Automobile Dealers (FAD) reported a 40% year-on-year increase in EV registrations in 2024 – the need for reliable servicing infrastructure becomes critical. “Fleet operators and individual owners need confidence that their vehicles will stay on the road. Our platform addresses that,” Sharma added.

The company is also exploring synergies between its solar and EV units. For example, solar-powered charging depots combined with battery lifecycle management could reduce total cost of ownership for fleets. This integrated approach, Sharma believes, gives Readily Solutions a competitive edge over pure-play solar firms or standalone EV service providers.

Industry observers note that India’s clean energy market is becoming increasingly crowded, with players like Tata Power Solar, ReNew Power, and Ola Electric dominating specific segments. However, Readily Solutions’ multi-vertical model could appeal to enterprises looking for a single vendor to manage both energy and mobility needs. “The market is moving toward integrated solutions, especially for last-mile delivery fleets and commercial real estate,” said Vikram Kapoor, a clean energy analyst at IRIS research. “Readily Solutions is targeting that sweet spot.”

As part of its long-term growth strategy, the company is evaluating a potential Initial Public Offering (IPO) with an aspirational valuation of approximately ₹1,000 crore (about $120 million). The IPO, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals, would provide capital for expanding solar capacity, building a national EV service network, and investing in technology platforms. “We want to build an institution, not just a collection of businesses. Going public will strengthen our governance and access to capital,” Sharma said.

The company is also strengthening its operational foundation. It has appointed a new CFO with experience in renewable energy financing and is building a technology team to develop a proprietary platform for monitoring solar assets and managing EV service requests.

Readily Solutions declined to disclose current revenue or funding details, but industry sources estimate the company’s annual run rate at around ₹150 crore, with a client base spanning logistics firms, manufacturing plants, and corporate offices. The company expects to triple its solar EPC capacity by 2027 and double its EV service network to cover 50 cities.

Sharma’s vision extends beyond India. “What we are building here can be a model for other emerging economies. The combination of solar, EV services, and lifecycle management is a blueprint for cleaner urbanization,” he said.

For now, Readily Solutions is focused on execution. With India’s clean energy transition accelerating policy support from the government, including production-linked incentives for solar manufacturing and EV subsidies under FAME III, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on the momentum. “We are not just chasing growth – we are building for the long term. Sustainable scale is the goal,” Sharma concluded.
