ImEX Systems Inc., a Vancouver-based provider of cloud-based body shop management software, has been named a preferred technology partner for Consolidated Collision Services (CCS), Canada’s dealer-owned collision repair network. The announcement, made on August 31, 2026, gives more than 105 collision repair centers and 230 new car dealerships across the CCS network access to ImEX Online, along with tailored onboarding, training, and support.
CCS is the country’s largest network of franchised new-car dealerships and OEM-certified independent collision centers, all owned by dealers. By partnering with ImEX, CCS aims to equip its member shops with a unified platform that handles estimating, scheduling, parts management, billing, and reporting—all built specifically for the collision repair industry. The partnership also brings a critical integration: seamless data flow between the dealer’s dealership management system (DMS) and the estimating platform, eliminating the manual re-entry that has long plagued dealer-owned collision operations.
For years, dealerships have relied on office staff to manually transfer information between systems, a time-consuming process that introduces errors and slows down revenue-generating work. ImEX’s new integration changes that by connecting the DMS directly with the estimating tool. Supported systems include CDK Global, Reynolds and Reynolds, and PBS Systems—the three most widely used DMS platforms among Canadian dealers. This bridge means repair orders no longer need to be typed twice, freeing up employees to focus on moving vehicles through the shop.
“Our members asked for a shop management platform that understands how dealer-owned collision centers actually operate—with OEM procedures, warranty requirements, and manufacturer scorecards, not just work orders,” said Charles Aubry, General Manager of CCS. “ImEX has spent three decades building for Canadian collision repairers. Naming them a preferred partner gives our shops a proven, cloud-based system, plus the onboarding and support to get real value out of it quickly.”
James Rome, President of ImEX Systems, echoed that sentiment. “Dealer-owned collision centers are held to a high standard, and that standard is hard to hit when your production board lives on a whiteboard and your parts status lives in someone’s inbox. ImEX Online was built for this business, with estimating, scheduling, parts, and invoicing in one cloud platform and a Canadian support team behind it. We’re proud CCS chose us, and our focus now is getting member shops from coast to coast live quickly and moving more vehicles through the door.”
The partnership extends beyond software access. ImEX will be integrated into CCS’s training curriculum and member resource library. The two companies plan to coordinate on webinars, member communications, and appearances at CCS events, including the annual CCS Conference and ACE: The Automotive Conference & Expo. Member shops interested in a demo can contact their CCS regional representative or call +1 (604) 839 3431.
Industry observers note that the integration of DMS and estimating systems has been a long-standing pain point for dealer-owned collision centers, where multiple data entry points create inefficiencies. While many independent shops have adopted cloud-based management tools, dealer networks have often lagged due to the complexity of connecting proprietary DMS platforms. ImEX’s approach—built specifically for the Canadian market and supported by a local team—gives CCS a competitive advantage in streamlining operations across its national footprint.
