Generac generator sales hit $1B from AI data centers; production triples

As of April 11, 2025, Generac Holdings Inc. reported that its sales to data centers have surpassed $1 billion, driven by soaring demand for backup power amid the AI and cloud computing boom. The company also announced plans to triple its generator production capacity to keep pace with escalating orders.
