Which button to press when the car fogs up?

When the car fogs up, you should press the defogging button. Pressing the defogging button can clear the fog on the windshield. The car's defogging buttons are located on the air conditioning control panel, and there are two defogging buttons: one for the front windshield and another for the rear windshield. The front windshield uses the air conditioning to defog, while the rear windshield uses heating wires to defog. Front windshield defogging: Front windshield defogging works by directing the air conditioning airflow to the front windshield, thereby reducing the temperature difference on both sides of the glass to achieve the defogging effect. Rear window heating: When the rear window fogs up, you can use the rear window heating function to evaporate the fog, thus achieving the defogging effect. (Note: Generally, the rear window heating function is combined with the exterior rearview mirror heating function).
When the windows fog up, I immediately locate the fan button or air volume knob on the center console and turn it to the maximum position, which can quickly disperse the fog. Then press the defrost or window mode button, the one with the fan-shaped icon, which directs the airflow to the glass to help remove fog. If necessary, press the AC button to turn on the air conditioning compressor, which reduces humidity inside the car and prevents fog from recurring. In winter, if turning on the heater doesn't help, switch to the external circulation mode to let in dry air from outside. Safety comes first when driving, as fogged-up windows obstructing the view are extremely dangerous, so button operations should be familiar. Remember, don't mix up the button sequence: first turn on the fan, then adjust the mode—it only takes a couple of minutes to handle. Also, avoid keeping too many wet items in the car, like umbrellas or water bottles, to reduce the frequency of fogging.
