How to Use and Locate Car Lights?

Pushing the control lever outward (toward the front of the car) will display this blue indicator on the dashboard, indicating that the high beam has been activated. To turn on the fog lights, rotate the control once toward the front of the car, indicating the front fog lights are on. Rotate the control twice consecutively toward the front of the car to activate both front and rear fog lights. (The OFF mark) Rotate the control once toward the driver to turn off all fog lights. Simply rotate the switch to AUTO mode, and the headlights will automatically turn on at night and off during the day.
When I first started driving, I wasn't very familiar with light controls either, but I figured it out through practice. The light controls are generally divided into three parts: The stalk behind the left side of the steering wheel controls turn signals and high beams - push it up for right turn signal, pull it down for left turn signal, and push it forward to activate high beams. The rotary knob on the left side of the dashboard is the main switch - turn it clockwise to the first position for parking lights, and the second position for low beams. The fog light button is located next to the knob or on the left side of the steering wheel, and requires the headlights to be on first. Reverse lights don't need manual control as they automatically activate when shifting to reverse. My suggestion is to use parking lights at dusk, low beams at night, high beams only on unlit roads, and remember to turn on both front and rear fog lights in rainy or foggy conditions for better visibility. These operations will become second nature once you get used to them.
Having driven for over a decade, I can find the light controls blindfolded. Most cars concentrate lighting controls on the left side of the steering wheel: push the turn signal lever up for right turn, pull down for left turn, push forward completely to lock high beams, and quickly pull back to flash high beams as a warning to the car ahead. The headlight switch is on the left side of the dashboard, usually a rotary knob - turn one notch for parking lights, two notches for low beams. Front and rear fog lights require turning on the headlights first, then pressing separate buttons to activate. Special reminder: don't mix up turn signals - when changing lanes, a gentle push makes the signal flash three times and stop automatically, which is very convenient. Remember to switch back to low beams promptly during oncoming traffic at night, use fog lights instead of high beams in rainy or foggy conditions, and check rear illumination when reversing.
